The Sacramento County master gardeners will be available during the May Open Garden, from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 11, to answer visitors' garden questions, rain or shine. Come view the Fair Oaks Horticulture Center in its spring glory, see what's been planted in the Vegetable Garden, and ask about California native plants in the Water Efficient Landscape. Other areas: Herb Garden, Vineyard, Berries and Composting.
