This branch, which opened in October of 1979 in north Stockton, is named after former library director Margaret K. Troke.
Books and media are available in Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Hmong, Lao, Hindi, Urdu and English. There are nine computer workstations, free wi-fi, plus scanner, copier, and fax services. The meeting room accommodates 60 people and is equipped with a TV, tables and chairs; the room can be booked online.
